Job Description:-

Job Role:-

• Customer Service Associate – Work from Home/Work from Office (Hyderabad)
• Process: Voice/Non-Voice

Eligibility:-

• Minimum qualification: 10 + 2
• Any graduate/PG eligible to apply
• No pursuing of regular courses
• Excellent English communication required
• Comfortable with night shifts and flexible schedules/week offs
• Freshers post-academic/examination completion can apply

Compensation & Benefits:-

• Salary: ₹2,47,000 to ₹4,20,900 P.A.

Additional Benefits:-

• Zeta Meal Card: INR 1100/month (INR 13200/- P.A.)
• Health insurance benefits up to INR 5.0 Lacs
• Night Shift Allowance: INR 150/shift
• Overtime Allowance as per business requirement

• Internet Allowance: INR 1250/month (INR 15000/- P.A.) (Applicable for Work from Home)
