Position Summary:

Associate Analyst USI BSO NSE NL HR services - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Nature of work:

• Daily management of HR activities received in the ITRP portal and working on the tasks and requests based on the following subject areas in the SAP - (this list is not exhaustive)
• Employees Data Management
• Processing the activities from the functional mailboxes
• Onboarding
• Offboarding
• SAP Entries
• SAP Contracts
• Create Personnel Files
• Ensure all the requests are accomplished accurately on daily basis with strategic approach and always up for the payroll deadlines with procedural guidelines
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure high level of excellence by maintaining proactiveness
• Record and maintain accurate activity information tracking through timely closure
• Discuss within the team before escalating the doubtful queries to the NL HR team
• Take responsibility for keeping up to date with Deloitte HR policy and process developments Support current and future business needs by maintaining consistency in the performance
• Performs other duties as assigned

Shift Timings: 11 AM – 8 PM

The team

The Shared Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization North & South Europe with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.

Qualifications Required:

• Any Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of MS Office Tools, SAP.
• You can work independently, plan ahead and are flexible in adapting your schedule for urgent assignments.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivator and Independent.
• You are eager to learn, conscientious, stress resistant and have a positive attitude.
• You think proactively & reflect/voice your opinions on process improvements & collaboration ways of working
