TCS Next Step Full Registration Process|| TCS Next Step Portal

Tata Consultancy Service conducts the on-campus and off-campus recruitment campaign through TCS Next Step Program portal. The college or university will inform all students in their final year that they must enrol in the TCS recruitment drive. 

TCS will invite the candidates to TCS off-campus drive after organizing the recruiting drive. The qualifying requirements and application process are mentioned later in the section. Candidates can also apply for the TCS Open Ignite Challenge Drive for B.Sc/ BCA/ BCS graduates in their final year. TCS also launched the National Qualifier Test for all recent grads. Candidates may take the exam and use their score for all other organizations and their employability score to land their ideal job in their dream firm. The TCS NQT test will be held twice a year.

1. IT or Information Technology

Role: Associate System Engineer

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA (with BCA/B.Com/BA/B.Sc) / M.Sc with Computer Science / Information Technology  

Percentage Criteria: 60% Throughout

Salary: Approx. Rs 3.35 LPA & Above

Job Location: Pan India

Gap allowed: Up to 24 Months (only with a proper reason)

2. BPS or Business Process Services

Role: Management Trainee

Qualification: MBA

Percentage Criteria: 60% Throughout

Salary: Starting from Rs1.5 LPA up to Rs 4 LPA

Job Location: Pan India

Gap allowed: Up to 24 Months (Requires a Valid reason)
