Job Summary:

Xenon Stack's PlatformOps team is looking for Associate Software Engineer who will be responsible to support and work under the direction of the Senior Software Engineer by providing services related to software programming.

Software engineering is a branch, which includes branches according to the technical knowledge and expertise you have mastered in having a command over programming languages like Java, C ,C++, Javascript etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• As an associate software engineer you will be required to work with a team to design, develop, implement and execute programs in a view to provide quality assurance of the products.
• Innovate design strategies and plans in an endeavour to develop high quality products in favor of the organisation.
• Document and test new software applications
• Assess new application ideas
• Research competitor offerings
• Develop applications (coding, programming)
• Work with developers to design and implement algorithms
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
• Verify and deploy programs and systems
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
• Recommend and execute improvements
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting

Technical Requirements:

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge regarding software design and development in a test-driven environment.
• Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript, Golang, Rust, Python).
• Experience with NoSQL, SQL databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks.
