Job Description:
- Handling E-Commerce Tech Support and resolving technical and non-technical issues for customers via phone and online.
- Demonstrating a willingness to learn and seeking guidance from supervisors or team leaders as needed.
- Providing effective customer service by resolving complex queries and issues.
- Setting and achieving service goals to prevent escalations and maintain service quality.

- Date: September 12th – September 21st
- Time: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Closed on Sundays)
