Job Role :- Talent Acquisition Intern
Job Location :- Permanent Work From Home
Salary :- 15,000 Per Month
Job Description :-
- As a Talent Acquisition intern you will perform all the following roles:
- You need to Run the operations for our marketplace
- You will Source the top 2% of candidates and help build a large talent pool of high quality candidates
- You have to Pitch the benefits of TopHire and take them through the sign up process
- You need to Track candidate registration process and ensure that they complete their profiles
- You will Vet and review the candidate profile for any gaps before it is sent for approval to the Co-founders
- You need to Assist the candidates throughout their interviewing process with our clients
- You have to Interact with clients to help with scheduling and coordination of interviews
- You need to Suggest potential candidates to our clients from our diverse talent pool
- You must Update pertinent information related to the hiring workflow on a daily basis
- You can choose to work from our Mumbai (Goregaon West) office, Bangalore (Indiranagar) office, Delhi (Nehru Place) office or you can WORK FROM HOME (WFH) permanently. Hybrid is also possible.
Internship Duration :- 6 months
Education Required :-
- Any Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Any Post Graduation
Skills Required :-
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance multiple priorities
