Role description :-
- The role will be contacted by the L1 Application Support team, based on his decision, in case when the critical production issue cannot be resolved within the Operations organization.
- The inbound call will be responded by the team within the stipulat ed time frame (15 Mins ) as agreed in the SLA The role will join the triage in stipulated time frame (30 Mins ) as agreed in the SLA
- The role will reach out to the respective Application lead and might involve in fixing the solution The role will co -ordinate with the respective CAB and the release managers and get the required permission for deployment quick fixes
- The role will be part of the general CAB reviews as well and will have the clarity of all the releases and open issues
